  Autmated Interactive Voice Response System (AIVRS)

 

A system based on Computer Telephony using Modem/Dialogic PCI Card. Simply put, whenever a caller dial a specific telephone number, the system responds to the caller. It accepts the caller's inquiry/input and responds to the callers input by reading out the requested information-from the existing database. In the event, the system is unable to provide the exact information; it will automatically transfer the line for manual assistance.

Such a system greatly reduces the caller time, provide quick and easy access to information without manual intervention, and of course effective usage of smaller workforce. This system is useful for:
